Clayton obtained a real estate broker's license in 1988 when he established Lewis and Pottle Realty. In addition to purchasing two local real estate offices, Ethelyn P. Giles Inc. and DeWolfe Colburn Realty, and forming the current Pottle Realty Group, he also has 27 years past experience in the insurance industry.
Clayton is very active in the community, serving on many local boards and non-profit organizations. He is currently vice-president of Rebuilding Together Lincoln County, which helps the low income and the elderly with home repairs. With his knowledge and experience in the local market, Clayton is very community-minded, providing his professional services to both buyers and sellers, making the process an easy and enjoyable transition. His constant eagerness to contribute his time to local undertakings while remaining devoted to his own business has him wearing various hats and heading in many directions; hence our office phrase, “Where is Clayton”?
Hobbies include 17 years of basketball officiating at the high school and college levels, skiing, boating and spending time with his wife, Cindy, at their second home in Florida or at their cabin in Sugarloaf.

She too was born and raised in Boothbay Harbor, growing up in the Juniper Point area and is a graduate of Boothbay Region High School and Westbrook College.
Cindy’s sunny attitude and her attention to detail and order makes her job as supervisor an effortless one. While overseeing all day-to-day operations, she keeps up office morale with her smiling and good-natured personality.
With four kids, Cindy and Clayton were always active in youth sports and were members of the local booster’s club for years. Cindy also served as Register of Voters of Southport for over 20 years.
When Cindy is not dedicating her time to executing office production, she enjoys getting together with family and especially loves spending time with her grandchildren.

She has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, putting her in the top 4% of all Realtors® in the country in terms of real estate production and education. She also holds the GRI (Graduate of The Real Estate Institute) designation. She provides “professional service with a personal touch”, and often reminds herself and her clients to “just breathe”. A sign that hangs beside her computer says “NO WHINING”.
Kitty’s grandparents were from Maine and her family settled in East Boothbay in 1958. She graduated from Boothbay Region High School, then attended Colby College in Waterville, lived in Connecticut and Texas, then “came home to stay”.
Besides selling real estate, her passions are African Drumming, reading, and listening to the blues on satellite radio. She serves on the Boothbay Region Student Aid Council and supports our local library, historical societies, Opera House, Harbor Theater, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, and the Boothbay Peace and Justice Group.
She has three children, four grandchildren, one great-grandson, and one passive-aggressive cat.

Tad Bartlett

After a career in banking in New York, Tad and his family moved to Maine in the mid 80’s, thus fulfilling a dream he had since his first summer here in 1955. He began his real estate career in Brunswick with CHR Realty. One accomplishment that he is proud of is getting various businesses to come together to help install all-new brick sidewalks on Maine Street when he was President of the Brunswick In-town Group.
Since 1994, he has been a full-time real estate professional in the Boothbay area, and has earned the prestigious GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) designation. In additional to being a member of the Rotary Club, he is the past President of the Lincoln Arts Festival. He also sings in several choruses in the area.

Kim resides on Southport Island with her husband of 30 years, Merchant Marine Captain Glenn W. Hodgdon.
Kim is the consummate real estate professional, always willing to help new and seasoned brokers. With her 15 years experience and her honest and responsive approach to her clients, Kim remains consistent in leading sales. In our office, Kim is our great conqueror; there is no task too difficult for her to overcome. Her desire for order and efficiency keeps all of us on our toes. She brings a plethora of information to the group as well as to her customers, and is known as our “tender leader” alias “Mama Kim”.
When Kim isn’t committed to real estate, her time is spent managing several local area estates. She and her husband also enjoy the company of friends and family, whether it be boating or cruising in their “bug” convertible; above all they enjoy spending time with their daughter Holly and her husband Spencer.

She lived and practiced law in Boston until 2000, when she returned to the Boothbay Region and joined Pottle Realty Group. Though Judy is licensed to practice law in Maine, instead she is pro-active in her real estate business, taking the soft approach to sales.
Judy’s proficient knowledge of the real estate world combined with her expertise in law makes for an effortless transaction with both buyers and sellers; there are no questions left unanswered. Following high school, Dave earned a degree in Marine Science and spent a year conducting fisheries research on the Hudson River in New York for Texas Instruments, Inc. before accepting a position facilitating lobster management studies research for the State of Maine Resources in Boothbay Harbor. Leaving the marine research field behind, Dave managed a local civil engineering and land surveying company for three years before diving into real estate sales full time.
Dave is known for his meticulous attention to detail, colorful sense of humor, and his evident “white hair”. His history of achievements and his determination shows in his natural dedication to his clients.
For the past 32 years Dave has occupied his time during the winter months officiating high school and college basketball games. He and his wife of 34 years, Cathie, also enjoy spending time with their two grown kids and especially with their lovely young granddaughter, Ava.

He is a true Mainer, having grown up in the Boothbay Region. Howie returned to Maine after spending 26 years at Slocum and Sons Beer and Wine company in Connecticut. He and his wife Sally bought an old sea captain’s house in 1987, and after much renovation, moved in in 2002, at which time he joined Pottle Realty Group.
Howie exhibits a great work ethic to both staff and clients, believing in promptness and good relations with others. He is not only charismatic and entertaining, he is kindhearted too, always helping out the sick and less fortunate. Howie’s unique personality brings something special to all he meets. He loves to BOND with family and friends and especially with his two kids, Brooke and Drew. We can't forget his bulldog named Pearl!

She moved to the Boothbay Region in 1996. At that time she worked as a Research Technician for Bigelow Laboratories and also met her husband Colin. Growing up on Maine's sea coast, Sara developed a love for coastal living. As a Realtor®, she enjoys meeting and working with people from all over the country who share her passion for life near the ocean.
When Sara joined Pottle Realty Group in 2006, the youngest member on the team, she brought a great deal of information, teaching all of us the latest computer technology. Clients love her professionalism and appreciate her commitment in finding that special property.
Sara enjoys spending time with her two young girls, Ella and Sadie and appreciates the many assets the Boothbay Region offers, including the YMCA, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, and Boothbay Region Land Trust. She is physically active and is currently competing in Triathlons in different regions on the coast of Maine.

Laura spent many summers in Boothbay Harbor where her family owned and operated a local restaurant on the waterfront. Laura worked there and in many of the local shops. A graduate from the University of Maine Farmington with an Early Childhood, K-3 Certificate, Laura owned and operated her own childcare/pre-school business for ten years before she made the move to real estate.
Laura, “the new kid on the block”, is filled with energy and brings loads of enthusiasm to the group. She is excited about her new career change and has already established new clientele. Always ready for a challenge, Laura is prepared to go the extra mile for both buyers and sellers. Customers are captivated with her cheerful smile, as are we here at Pottle Realty Group.
Laura makes her home on Southport Island with her husband Tom and Golden Retriever, Maggie. She enjoys walking, golfing, skiing, and spending time at their camp at Sugarloaf.

After graduating from Boothbay Region High School, she worked at Brothers Motor Company as the bookkeeper/office manager for 7 years, while also working as the front desk clerk during the summers at Tugboat Inn.
In December of ’97 she was welcomed at the former Lewis and Pottle Real Estate, now Pottle Realty Group as its Rental Director. In the past 11 years she has expanded Pottle’s vacation rental program from 20 properties to over 100. The longest employed person with this agency, Traci is instrumental in keeping our office functions flowing smoothly. She is not only knowledgeable about rentals, she is also well-informed on all aspects of the business. Truly “our girl Friday”, her vivacious personality is a breath of fresh air to us all.
During Traci’s free time she keeps busy with her son Andrew. She is also known to do a little shopping!

Brandy graduated from BRHS, is married to Corey Pottle, and their son Spencer is considered the official “office mascot”.
As our initial contact person, Brandy is truly the “face of Pottle Realty Group”. Talk about first impressions! With her friendly smile and refreshing personality, she goes above and beyond her responsibilities to customers, clients and co-workers. She is the glue that holds our office together!
Her years of experience in advertising, website design, communication, computer skills and knowledge about real estate in general led her quite naturally to become a licensed agent in 2007.
